A fictional space habitat from the Gundam mechaverse. It appears in Zeta Gundam.

Formerly an Earth Federation Titan's space base, Gryps (also known as Gryps 2) is a massive fleet destroying super weapon created by the Titans by modifying the atmosphere and composition of an O'Neill cylinder space colony and transforming it into a gargantuan super laser. It became the last stronghold of the Titans at the end of their war with the AEUG.

This weapon was captured by Axis and then by the AEUG, who used it at the final battle of the war to destroy the last remaining Titans space fleet, thus ending the conflict. Due to extensive damage the laser cannon became non-operational and its wreck was abandoned by the AEUG, being retrieved in secret by the Earth Federation Space Forces years later.

This megastructure gave its name to the AEUG/Titans/Axis conflict (U.C. 0087-0088), which would be forever known as The Gryps War.
