heidern

A character in SNK's The King of Fighters series of games. He wears an eyepatch on his right eye after having lost it to Rugal Bernstein 8 years before The King of Fighters '94. Not wanting to be alone, he recruited Ralf Jones and Clark Still to form the Ikari Warriors 8 years later.

He has since adopted Leona since The King of Fighters '96, after losing his biological daughter, Clara.

He fights using slashing attacks with his knife glove, a tradition of the Heidern family. He can create a cutting projectile with the glove as well as perform his Stormbringer, one of which he is famous for.

His signature catchphrase is "Go to Hell!" executed during the Final Bringer (since KOF 94) and Heidern's End (only from KOF 98 through 2001, he says "The End!" in KOF 2002: Unlimited Match while executing said move).
