historical name connection

A cosplay, crossover, or parody between two or more characters who are based on the same historical figure, such as being based on the same person, animal, ship, or other famous entity.

This normally doesn't warrant trait connection, as characters with a shared origin are expected to be similar. Only use trait connection when there are shared traits outside of the shared origin.

For posts referencing specific historical events linking two characters, use historical connection instead.
