Hoxton is one of the original members of the Payday Gang as the Sharpshooter. His mask is a white and pink clown mask and is the youngest of the crew.

He was later arrested and incarcerated from evidence found from the gang's first job, First World Bank. Hoxton's mask and name was taken up by Dallas's brother, Houston, until he is broken out in Hoxton's Breakout.
