IBALIGER is a local superhero based in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. Created by volunteers, IBALIGER fights against the evil forces of the JARK organization to protect Ibaraki and prevent a dystopian future.
The character’s design, story, and costume are meticulously crafted, and IBALIGER aims to inspire hope and dreams in children while addressing real-world issues.
