Ibaraki Douji Swimsuit Lancer in her Third Ascension swimsuit from Fate/Grand Order. Her hair grows out significantly longer and changes color from blonde at the top to pink at the tips. She wears her hair in bulky twintails with white-and-red hair bows. She wears a white cropped kimono top, white shorts, black fingerless gloves, black thighhighs, and white sandals.
This particular Ascension is also seen in the Welcome to ONILAND! Craft Essence (post #3298239).
In Fate/Grand Carnival, this Ascension is humorously paired with Shuten Douji Halloween Caster due to them both looking like magical girls, leading them to make an obvious Futari wa Precure reference.
