A urethral insertion that is implied but can't be actually seen in the image.
This tag can be used with worn chastity cages that feature a urethral plug but you can only see the tip in front of the chastity cage. If can see the plug being inserted, use urethral insertion instead. If the plug is part of the cage's design but it isn't inserted, use inverted chastity cage. And if the plug is removed, use unworn urethral plug.
