inagi (kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese escort ship Inagi. Character design by Hoshiakari.
She has short black hair with green hair ribbons and a hairclip, and brown eyes. Her default outfit is the Hoshiakari-designed class uniform: a blue dress with a sailor collar, a white shirt under the dress, blue striped necktie, white gloves, brown half-jacket, bike shorts, white socks, and black Mary Janes.
Her rigging is shared with her sisters: a handheld 12 cm single gun, depth charges strapped to a brown belt, her aft hull (includes depth charge throwers, mast, Type 13 radar, funnel, bridge) to her back, and another hull piece on her right arm.
