Incognito《インコグニート, Inkogunīto》 is the main antagonist of the Hellsing anime series produced by Gonzo. He is voiced by Takumi Yamazaki in the Japanese sub and Isaac C. Singleton Jr. in the English dub.
An enigmatic figure with origins spanning from the Dark Continent, he is one of the progenitors of the vampires that the Hellsing Organisation swore to fight against and the one responsible for the creation of the FREAK Chips that create false vampires. A man who lives for "total destruction," he seeks to unleash wrath upon England in collaboration with a "Judas" amongst the Round Table Council.
