innovators (gundam 00)

The main antagonists in season 2 of Gundam 00, led by Ribbons Almark. The Innovators are artificial humans with enhanced physical and mental abilities, and tend to have unnatural hair and/or eye colors. Each Innovator has a near-identical twin, and most are androgynous-looking.
