Itoko is a Itohiki-musume, a youkai in the form of a beautiful woman who works a spinning wheel and surpises you by turning very old in an instant and shouting at her victim. However, Itoko uses a sewing machine and surpises her victims with the results of her sewing (typically stuffed dolls). She switched due to her being sick of getting her legs numb due to having to use her spinning wheel while in seiza all the time.

She appears as a woman with long black hair with double buns on top. Her buns appears to actually be the thread she uses in her sewing. When surprising someone, her hair suddenly becomes white.
