A medieval combat sport involving two participants riding a horse and charging forward into their opponents using a wooden lance. The one who managed to knock their opponent out of their steed is declared the winner. It is a common pastime activity among knights and nobility during this period.

Note that this tag is also applicable to an actual duel where two participants are charging towards each other with their polearms.
