kagari (ikaruga)

The secondary protagonist of the shooting game Ikaruga.

A mercenary pilot for the Horai empire, Kagari's butsutekkai was the first to experience and get shot down by the Ikaruga when it was test-flown. After being rescued by Shinra, she eventually decided to join him in his quest for freedom, and retrieved her personal hitekkai - the Ginkei - from the wreckage of her butsutekkai to be retrofitted with the same equipment as the Ikaruga.
