Kadoya Tsukasa is an arrogant photographer with no memory of his past, driven to save his own dimension by traveling to 9 other dimensions under the protection of the 9 previous Heisei Riders. Using the Decadriver / Neodecadriver, he transforms into Kamen Rider Decade.
Decade has a magenta color scheme, and is based on the shield bug graphosoma lineatum and barcodes. He can transform into the nine previous Heisei Riders, as well as use their abilities via the Rider Cards. He can also transform into Decade Complete Form, which can conjure "doppelganger" versions of the nine previous Heisei Riders' final forms.
