An NPC from Genshin Impact. The helpful receptionist from the Adventurers' Guild who hands out daily commissions and dispatches characters on expeditions.
She is later revealed by Nahida to be a bionic Snezhnayan puppet installed in each of the Adventurers' Guilds across Teyvat, explaining why there is one of her in each guild.
