katsushika hokusai (swimsuit saber) (fate)
Swimsuit version of Katsushika Hokusai, though technically it is Katsushika Oui wearing the swimsuit. Toto-sama consistently remains the same, wearing swimming goggles and having long tentacles on the sides of his head. Her Noble Phantasm is "Shokoku Taki-meguri", a consecutive attack set against the backdrop of multiple paintings of waterfalls.
Carries three katana, and one western sword, which Oui and her father wield with great proficiency. Personality-wise, this is Oui during her youth, where she enjoyed reading yomihon and dreaming of being a sword-wielding heroine.
Obtainable as a welfare servant during the Kenzan! Las Vegas Gozenjiai event.
