Set in medieval times, the two guards Kikka and Bemelle need to cross a lake full of creatures. Problem is, the lake's passage is only by crossing the bridges that rise at night, and only the Guide knows which ones are safe. When they arrive, they discover Margret also waiting for passage, to which the Guide warns that not everyone can live if all three are trying to cross simultaneously.
