lanino (deltarune)

One of two weather-themed Darkner characters (the other being Elnina) that appear in Chapter 3 of Deltarune. He is a yellow skinned humanoid with a crescent moon-shaped head and slicked back white cloud hair, who wears a dark blue suit and red gloves.
