lobster
A large marine crustacean with stalked eyes, long antennae, and five pairs of legs, the first pair of which are large pincer claws.
A lobster's flesh is considered a delicacy in many countries. It can be boiled and eaten straight, or incorporated into a number of recipes.
This tag also includes spiny lobsters, also known as rock lobsters, crawfish, or crayfish in some countries (not to be confused with freshwater crayfish). Spiny lobsters have long antennae but no claws, unlike true lobsters.
