lulu (the jojolands)

Lulu is a secondary antagonist featured in the ninth part of the JoJo No Kimyou Na Bouken's series, The JoJolands.

She is a young girl affiliated with the HOWLER Company. She plants her Stand, Bags' Groove, on the original paper copies of HOWLER's land deeds, automatically targeting anyone who touches them.

Lulu is a short girl with thick eyebrows. Her shoulder-length wavy hair is styled with a braided headband that wraps around her head. Her outfit is a sleeveless patchwork dress with multiple jagged pieces of fabric overlapping each other. She also wears dark studded wristband and shoes.
