lying upside-down
When a character is lying on their back/side/etc. but the view is framed in a way as to make the head lower than the body (despite technically being on an even surface).
The character's torso should be almost completely parallel to a horizontal flat surface (usually resting on it).
Not to be confused with on stomach.
