The second Macross science fiction anime TV series first broadcasted in October 16, 1994 and sequel to the Choujikuu Yousai Macross TV series from the 80s.
It is set in the U.N. Spacy Macross 7 colony fleet during the year 2045, more than 30 years after the original series ended.
