A fish Pokémon with a red or orange body, wide eyes, and long yellow whiskers, with its dorsal fin resembling a crown. It is often considered the weakest Pokémon in the entire game due to learning only a handful of moves, the most infamous being Splash, which has no effect whatsoever.

Evolves into Gyarados.
