Two distinct series (3 issue OVA and 26 episodes sharing the same names) based on the premise of Sasami's voice actor and character design from Tenchi Muyou! being mutated into standard magical girl fodder. Most other Tenchi Muyou! characters appear in similarly altered form in the supporting cast, though most of them have (despite retaining their alien appearances) become ordinary humans.
