matou sakura (fate/extra)
The version of Matou Sakura from Fate/Extra. She is an NPC character in the Moon Cell's virtual world, working in the nurse's office to tend any injuries the Moon Holy Grail War participants would suffer. In Fate/Extra CCC, she created BB out of memories of her love for Hakuno Kishinami that were sealed in a backup body.
