Character in Yuureidoushi's ''The Reiga Youkai Consultation Agency''.

A bakeneko who originally was a stray cat(?) who drowned herself in the ocean while trying to reach fish being dried on a boat. She was later ressurected by a nekomata who took pity on her. From then on, she wants to take revenge on humanity... if she wasn't already assuaged by her new master, Nekomiya Yoshiko, with fish. Now, she is essentially a sapient cat.

While she is refered to by Yoshiko as "Mii-chan", she refers to herself as "Nyaa".

Suspiciously resembles a certain cat-like shipgirl (the resemblence was even stronger in her early draft).
