ARMS character.
A Chinese martial arts fighter whose family owns the famed Mintendo Noodle House. While she herself is able to use a flurry of kicks on her opponent, her left arm can turn into a dragon and remain permanently charged until she is knocked out in that state.
Her primary ARMS are the Dragon, the Megawatt, and the Ramram. Her home stage is the Ramen Bowl.
