The alternate identity of an older Ryou Sakazaki taking on the dread moniker of the legendary Kyokugen Karate fighter. Ryo is the second to take the title, after his father Takuma Sakazaki was the first Mr. Karate. Though not always, he occasionally wears the persona's signature red tengu mask. Eventually, during the events of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, the title is taken on by Ryo's best friend Robert Garcia, making him Mr. Karate III.
