Mundra is a secondary antagonist featured in the ninth part of the Jojo No Kimyou Na Bouken's series, The JOJOLands.

Mundra is a prisoner serving a life sentence who accepts a plea bargain from an unknown individual and assists with an operation targeting Team Jodio. Acting as a scout, he uses his Stand, Point Blank Seal, to investigate the existence and location of the Lava Rock by examining the thoughts and memories of its targets.

Mundra is a dark-skinned man of average build with narrow eyes and a bald head. His forehead bears a tattoo of a circle with a geometric emblem resembling the Taj Mahal or Columns of Gediminas inside it. The symbol has a horizontal line at the bottom with vertical lines extending from both sides, and a line in the middle emerging from a semioval.

Mundra wears a large, light-colored hooded jacket with several spikes protruding from its hood and shoulders. The sides of his jacket has the "skull clutched by hands" imagery that is also present on his Stand. His dark pants are decorated with numerous studs in his first appearance, but the next chapter shows it decorated with overlapping circular plates instead. He wears a choker on his neck and a location-tracking anklet is fastened around one of his ankles.
