Together with Igaram, she infiltrated Sir Crocodile's Baroque Works, using the code name Miss Wednesday.
Occasionally seen with her pet bird and trusty steed, Karoo.
She's a descendant of Nefertari D. Lily, making her full name Nefertari D. Vivi and, along with the rest of her family, carriers of the legendary "Will of the D." After this fact became known to the World Government's secret ruler Imu, she became a fugitive together with Wapol, who helped her escape.
