Minor Hometown NPC in Deltarune. It bears a striking resemblance to Gaster Follower 3 from Undertale.

In the first two chapters, it merely stands around in the Librarby. In chapter 4, it can also appear by the lake, and in chapter 5, it gives away dough balls "of octopus" that taste like onion; in the latter chapters, its speech also becomes more erratic.

Many fans speculate (in varying degrees of seriousness) that it is connected to W.D. Gaster and/or that it murdered and cooked up Onionsan.
