An official alternate costume worn by Omochao in SEGA's official Sonic Channel calendar illustration for November 2023, part of the "Otherworld Comedy" (異世界大喜利 / Isekai Ohgiri) series. It would later make its video game debut in Sonic Rumble.

The outfit consists of:
