ordinator guard

A caste of holy guards and warrior priests in the world of The Elder Scrolls in the Dunmer province of Morrowind, protecting their sacred capitals such as Vivec City and Mournhold. They are recognized by two main qualities. First is by their iconic armor, which features ornate golden plating, blue clothing like scarves and capes, and most notably their signature helmets which are sculpted in the visage of the Dunmer hero Indoril Nerevar and crested with a mohawk.
Second is their militant zealotry, as they have no tolerance for outsiders and are prone to hostilities - merely walking past them in Morrowind often had them "greet" you by hissing "We're watching you... scum.", and wearing their armor is seen as sacrilege thus triggering permanent aggression towards you.
