The leader of the Chiyoda Tribe who also serves as the main antagonist of Tribe Nine. His appearance consists of short white hair with a single black streak, red sclera with white eyes, mask, black coat, black cape, black pants and black boots.
After his defeat against the Minato Tribe he disappeared from the public eye and changed his appearance and name to Q, abandoning his former identity.
