A playable character in Cai's route for Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave, and one of his childhood friends alongside Tialla.

A kind, but timid, boy, Peter possesses great skill with the bow, but is held back by his sensitive nature. He also possesses exceptional eyesight, enough to see constellations in broad daylight.
