phi (kyokugen dasshutsu)
Character from Kyokugen Dasshutsu. Has blue eyes and very short white hair. Wears a brooch on her left breast. Often seen alongside Sigma.
In Zennin Shibou Desu, she wears a white tank top over a short black dress, a sleeveless blue jacket, black boots, and a black bead necklace. She has a black hair flower, specifically a dahlia.
In Toki no Dilemma, she is a member of "D-Team" alongside Sigma and Diana. She wears a long-sleeved white shirt, blue high-waist shorts, black combat boots, and blue-framed glasses. Her hair has a slight orange tint, and her eyebrows are fully orange.
