The right half of Kamen Rider Double.
An eccentric young man of mysterious origin. Philip works with Hidari Shoutarou by acting as a sort of living search engine with access to all information in the known world. He spends most of his time inside the Narumi Detective Agecy's secret garage often researching anything he does not know about yet.
His gaia memories are Cyclone, Heat, Luna, and the sentient Fang.
