pillbug

A pill bug is the common name for any of the species of woodlice, terrestrial crustaceans, in the family Armadillidiidae. Their notable feature is their ability to curl up into a ball as a defensive behavior. Other common names for them are roly polies, slaters, and doodle bugs.
