poketch

A Pokétch (portmanteau of "Pokémon watch") is the wrist-mounted device of choice in the Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum versions of the games and related media.

Features something like an LCD touchscreen (used in-game via the Nintendo DS's touchscreen), a variety of apps to aid Poké-management, and either one or two buttons to scroll through available apps.

Barry's is uniquely orange.
