A pullover collared shirt with a placket neckline that normally features three buttons. These shirts are traditionally short sleeved, but long sleeved versions are also available. Some of these shirts may feature a breast pocket.
These shirts are frequently not buttoned up all the way, which may conceal the top button. Sometimes they are worn with a popped collar.
Employee uniforms and fast food uniforms often include a polo shirt.
