An American urban legend of a game cabinet appearing in the arcades around Portland, Oregon, supposedly published by Sinneslöschen.

The players were said to experience multiple side effects, such as amnesia, seizures, hallucinations and sleep disorders, but despite that, the game's highly addicting nature would make players return repeatedly, at extreme cases driving them to insanity and ultimately, death.

There is currently no evidence that the game or its cabinet has ever existed, but there are multiple games created in inspiration, sharing the urban legend's namesake.
