A male angel character who debuts in the sixth episode of the second season of Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt (also known as New PSG), alongside his younger brother, Polyurethane, and is a cousin of the Anarchy Sisters.
He is depicted with red eyes, a gradient purple-blue bowl cut covering an eye, a black choker, a sleeveless v-neck white spandex suit with a visible bulge, a pair of white gloves, and a black charm which resembles the "heaven" kanji (天).
Thinks very highly of himself, most likely as a direct result of the advanced technology that he uses. Prone to be in fits when his plans go awry, which can cause his behavior to be spontaneous.
