Her arms are bound by advanced mechanical handcuffs with chains which are also her weapon/gun which she dual wields. Wears a shrug (clothing), two thigh strap and short shorts which has the patterns of striped prison clothes.
Her name is taken from 'deliquency', a crime committed by teenagers or young people.
