The main character of the Mushihimesama series. Her village is allowed to live, in exchange for the sacrifice of a 15 year old girl every 200 years, and she is next in line. When the miasma contaminates her village, she heads into Shinju forest to meet with the koujuu god for the sake of her village, and her life.
