Touhou PC-98 character. Midboss of the fourth stage of Lotus Land Story and of the third stage of Mystic Square (though it's unclear, whether those really are the same characters). Wears a yellow dress with a big, green bow on it.
She has no official name in the game. She is called Rengeteki (蓮華的, lit. "lotus flower-like") in the Western fandom and Hikariko (光子, lit. "child of light") in the Japanese fandom.
