Recurring antagonist of the Shantae series and arch-nemesis of Shantae.
A greedy, nefarious pirate and self-proclaimed "Queen of the Seven Seas". She commands an army of Tinkerbats to raid Sequin Land and frequently attacks Shantae's home, Scuttle Town.
Has purple/blue skin, purple hair, and red eyes. She wears a purple & red pirate hat with a skull and crossbones, large purple & red wrist cuffs and purple harem pants with a belt skirt. Lastly she has on a purple pendant choker, big hoop earrings and underneath her pirate hat there's a red bandana.
