A villainous character from the manga and anime One Piece. He is the strongest member of the CP9, and joined only to satisfy his insane bloodlust.
At some point during the backstory, he consumed the zoan devil fruit Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard, allowing him to transform into a leopard or a hybrid form, immensely increasing his already impressive battle strength.
