They are cards that appear in Kamen Rider Blade and are based on playing cards (in the setting of the film, it is said that Rouse Cards were the prototype for playing cards).
Each Rouse Card is capable of sealing one Undead.
The Ace card is set on the rider belt to Henshin the wearer.
Cards 2 through 10 can be scanned with a Kamen Rider's weapon to consume the weapon's Attack Points and exert an effect according to each card.
The Jack, Queen and King cards each add attack points when scanned with a weapon. When the Queen and “Jack or King” cards are set in the Rouse Absorber, they power up the Kamen Rider into Jack or King Form.
