ryuuka

Character in the Neptunia series who appears in Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart. She's a general in Planeptune's army, and also runs a host club. She's a personification of the Ryuu Ga Gotoku series, hence her name. In combat, she wields a sake bottle as a weapon.

In the official English translation, her name is spelled with only one u ("Ryuka").
