Character by diva.

She has short grey hair. She is constantly seen smiling and never opens her eyes. She usually wears white shirt with "Seals are best" written on it (a line that she often tends to spam all over the zoo), white pants, black rubber boots and a green hat. She also frequently carries around a seal handpuppet, which appears to display her emotions for her (similar to rabbit patch of bunny nun), as seen for example in post #7400010.

While not entirely confirmed, she appears to be the cousin of Penguin keeper and Polar bear keeper. She is, however, definitely not their sister, as made evident in post #7597560.
